Gearkit closed ratio 5 speeds QUAIFE straight teeth synchro type all models FORD with IB5 box, Ford Fiesta, Ford Focus, Ford Puma.
This gearbox is developed for all Motorsport modality.

The installation of a close ratio pinion gear kit must be carried out by a qualified mechanic with experience in this type of work due to the necessary adjustments in its assembly in order to guanantee its proper functioning and reliabitity.

Once fitted the new gearkit it is important to run it for a minium of 100/150 kms at moderate speeds and make the gear changes a smooth as possible. Once the final break-in has been completed it is necessary to remove the used gearbox oil and refill it with new oil using the corresponding viscosity.

RR2 Motorsport recommends the use of DRIVEN oils in all type of close ratio gearkits and gearboxes.
