Complete aluminum paneled crankcase for all VW 827 4 cylinders models, valid for VW Golf - Jetta - Corrado - Vento engine 1.8 8v, 1.8 16v, 2.0 8v and 2.0 16v year 1985 to 1997.

It has an extra oil capacity of 750cm3, for greater cooling.
Baffle designed for constant and optimal lubrication of the engine.
This kit maintains the level of engine oil stored in the crankcase at its maximum level so that the oil pump sucks lubricant at all times.
With the lack of lubricant in the engine crankcase, caused by the displacement of the oil during lateral accelerations, braking, etc., air pockets are created that the oil pump absorbs and leaves the engine unlubricated for a few moments.
This phenomenon can cause irreversible damage to the engine. Engine breakdowns or breakages, in a very high percentage, are related to the lubrication system, with this partitioned crankcase system it significantly prevents irreversible damage to the engine.
